I am located at 440 Forest Avenue in Portland, easily accessible from I-295 exits 6A/6B and from Baxter Boulevard in Portland. The building is a white house on the corner of Forest Ave. and Pitt St. A small parking area is available for clients at the Pitt St. side of the building, and there is ample parking on the surrounding side streets and on Forest Ave. My office is on the second floor near the waiting area.
